17th Century Grade II Listed Farmhouse, currently let out as a holiday cottage by the owners. SRM have been engaged to provide a full Architectural Design & project management service by the clients, who currently live abroad. The proposed works involved various extensions & alterations & conversion of the existing attached outbuilding to provide further accommodation. 

SRM Building Design Ltd and the contractors (Daylum Ltd) were regional finalists for the LABC Building Excellence Awards for this project.
